Use the following information to setup your browser to successfully access WileyPlus links in your course.

NOTE: Students do not need to register or provide an access code to access WileyPlus.

WileyPlus Browser Set Up

WileyPlus Tips:

  • It is CRITICAL that you not open more than one of these links at a time. By opening more than one of these, you are at risk of losing your work.
  • Setting your browser to clear cache and cookies upon exit of your session is recommended
  • Using the Incognito feature in Google Chrome may also provide the best access to WileyPlus
    --Start Chrome>Click the wrench icon in the top right corner of the screen>Click New Incognito Window and start browsing
  • SAVE your work at least every 5 minutes to avoid loss of work.
  • To move from one link to another (for example, to move from WP Self-Study Read, Study & Practice to Assignments, to WP Assignments CLOSE the Self-Study Read, Study, & Practice window, go back to the D2L Content area, and then open Assignments.

WileyPlus Technical Issues?

If you experience technical difficulties with WileyPlus, please contact WileyPlus technical support.

When contacting WileyPlus Support, (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT)--identify yourself as a student who is using an "integrated WileyPlus/D2L course" and then provide the following information:

  • The full title of the D2L course including the section number Your instructor's name
  • The specific assignment title you are working on, if applicable The title of the question you are working on, if applicable
  • The date and time the issue occurred
  • A detailed description of the problem (how long had you been working, how long had it been since you saved your work, what other windows did you have open at the time, etc.). The more information we have, the better able we will be to pinpoint and solve the problem.

WileyPlus Screenreader recommendations

Kurzwell 3000 is unable to read the WP eTextbook, but NVDA does have the capability to do so.  JAWS is recommended as it was tested across all of the platforms and found to be successful for the WileyPlus online texts.
