Network/Active Directory Password Reset Instructions [not available for all colleges]

Network/Active Directory (AD) Password Reset

Active Directory (AD) password is what you use to access your campus computers and WiFi. The Active Directory password is different from your Portal and D2L password. Your Portal password will not be impacted when your Active Directory password changes.

Use the button below to reset your Active Directory password to its default value. Your default password will be displayed once reset. Please be aware that you will be asked to change your default password next time you login to a computer at your school.

Please note, your password must be at least 14 characters long containing at least three of the four types of characters: uppercase, lowercase, numeric, and special character such as !@#$%^&*_-.

The following colleges offer the opportunity for students to reset their AD password: CCA, CNCC, FRCC, MCC, NJCOJC, PCC, PPCC, RRCC, FRCC.
