How Do I request a CCCS.edu email password reset?

For assistance with password resets or other questions about your CCCS.edu email account, create a ProfHelp ticket.

To submit a Profhelp ticket complete the following tasks:

  1. Log in to the CCCOnline portal
  2. From the Dashboard>Click the ProfHelp CCCS E-Mail Request Form link to complete the form

    OR
  1. Click the Instructor tab
  2. Locate the Instructor Gateway Widget on the right side of the window>Expand Instructor Assistance
  3. Click the ProfHelp CCCS E-Mail Request Form link to complete the form
  4. Click Submit
