How to request Pearson Accessibility support?

Request an Audio eText

The best course of action would be to have the Higher Education Disability Service Coordinator or similar school official follow the directions in the link below to submit a request.

When filling out the form you must provide the title and ISBN of the print book that a student needs the materials for, or that a student's course is based on. If the ISBN of an access code card is provided instead, the request will be denied.

The majority of the time, Pearson can provide the student with whichever format we have available. Please be advised that we do not provide audio files. We suggest the use of screenreaders such as JAWS or NVDA for Windows, and VoiceOver for Mac.

Pearson will respond as quickly as possible, but please understand that it may take two to three weeks for you to receive the electronic file. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Accessibility Support Request

To receive accessibility support, fill out this form to be put in contact with the Pearson accessibility team and create a ticket. Also, reach out to Pearson's 24/7 support team if additional support is needed.
