How to reset a uCertify Exam attempt where a practice exam was used

Use the following instructions to remove a student's uCertify Exam attempt to allow them another attempt.

1. Enter uCertify through the instructor dashboard link in Notes for instructor module
2. Click the Manage as Instructor button on the right side of the window
3. Click Track in the top navigation>Next click the Practice button> find the student in the list and click the scores icon for the practice cert exam to see the attempts. From the Exam History window click the Gear to the right of the attempt>Choose Delete test. This will allow the student another attempt.
