[NOTE IMPORTANT CCCOnline students ONLY]: Through the browser check process a MyITLab for Office 2013 icon will be installed on your desktop. This desktop icon will allow you to run the browser check but will not be used to access your CCCOnline MyLabsPlus or MyITLab content. CCCOnline uses a single sign-on with Pearson MyLabsPlus and MyITLab. Use the MyLabsPlus button in the External Links widget in D2L to access MyLabsPlus and MyITLab. You will never need to use a username and password to login.]

Using Windows 8 and having trouble using MyITLab?

Error reported -- known bug with Windows 8:
* In Chrome and Firefox, you get a Fatal Exception error.
* In IE 11, you are prompted to download the installer even after installing it.

Solution -- use IE11
* For IE11, there are 3 Pearson server URLs that need to be added to Internet Explorer's 'Compatibility View Settings'.

They are:
myitlab.com
pearsoned.com
pearsoncmg.com
