Creating a new Calendar Event

Creating a new event in the CCCOnline sharepoint site is easy and only requires a few steps.

  1. Login to the sharepoint site at https://cccs.sharepoint.com/sites/CCCOnline/SitePages/Home.aspx
  2. Select the CCCO Calendar from the links on the left.
  3. Click on the day of the event and click on "Add" at the bottom left of the day's box.

  4. Fill in your meeting details and select your department from the Category drop-down list.  Selecting your category is important as the color coding on the calendar is keyed off of the event categories.

  5. Save your event and it will show up on the calendar.
