What to do if your uCertify grades are not being recorded in D2L

If you completed your graded uCertify labs, quizzes, or flashcard assignments from the uCertify dashboard or eBook links your grades will not appear in the D2L Grades tool. Use the instructions below to have your scores populate to the D2L grade item.

1. Click the Content menu in your D2L course
2. Navigate to the appropriate module and locate the uCertify lesson lab, quiz of flashcard link
3. Click the associated link, will open in a browser window, you will see the following message if your grade has properly synced to the D2L grade item.
4. Click Continue once the grade syncs
