Pearson Subscription Error Workaround

If you are receiving the following error when trying to access your eText inside of MyLabsPlus complete the steps below.

1. Log into D2L>Click the appropriate course link, for example MAT050C11>From the course homepage Click the MyLabsPlus button
2. Once the MyLabsPlus window opens>Open a new tab in the same browser as the MLP course is loaded
3. Type in the URL : www.pearsonetext.com >Press enter
4. A new page will load, which lists out all eTexts you have subscriptions too
5. From the bookshelf you will be able to open the eText without issue

After completing this steps if you receive a request to input your username and password visit the Pearson Technical Support page and follow the browser setup instructions.
