How Do I Get Assistance with my course?

  1. For course related updates or questions, submit a ProfHelp ticket from the CCCOnline portal>Instructor Tab> Instructor Gateway widget. https://myportal.cccs.edu/jsp/misc/schoolLoginNew.jsp?school=ccco

  2. For textbook edition updates or major revisions to your course email your department chair for assistance.

  3. For basic support assistance such as D2L or portal password troubleshooting and basic D2L technical support--Contact the 24x7 HelpDesk
