Steps for clearing your Java Cache |

For Windows Users:
- Click Start>Control Panel
- Locate Java in the list>Double click the Java icon
- From the General tab>Click Settings in the Temporary Files Settings
- Click the Delete Files button>Select both checkboxes-Applications and Applets; Trace and Logs
- Click OK three times
- Restart your computer
For Mac Users:
- From the Finder, go To Applications > Utilities > Java Preferences to launch the Java Preferences utility
- Click on the Network tab
- Click Delete Files
- Make sure both Applications and Applets and Trace and Log Files are checked
- Click OK
- Close the Java Preferences window
