FireFox, PDF pages will not load in D2L |

Are you trying to view a page in D2L maybe a Lecture Note file or PowerPoint file and it won't load? All you see is a spinning, load icon. Update your FireFox browser with the following configuration changes and the pages will then load in D2L.
- From the FireFox browser menu>Click the Tools>Choose Options
- Click the Applications icon>Locate the Portable Document Format (PDF) option in the Content Type column>change the Action option to-Use Adobe Acrobat (default), see screenshot below.

- Click Ok
